I think my package is lost in transit—what do I do?Updated a month ago

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing. Here’s what to do if your tracking shows “delivered,” but you haven’t received it after 3 full business days:

Step 1: Check with Your Carrier

  • Carriers sometimes mark items as delivered too early

  • Wait 3 days and look around your home, or ask neighbors

  • If it’s still missing, file a Missing Mail claim with your carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)

Step 2: Send Us Your Claim Details

  • Once you’ve filed the claim, email us at [email protected] with your claim number and any carrier updates

  • We’ll help locate the package, issue a replacement, or find another solution

Note:

  • We can’t file a claim on your behalf once the package is marked as delivered

  • If theft is suspected, consider contacting your local carrier or local authorities

  • For peace of mind, use a secure delivery address or PO Box for future orders
